The dietitians at Sheena’s hospital have a Medical Directive for implementing diet and enteral nutrition orders on behalf of the physicians. At Sheena’s hospital, dietitians still require a physician’s co-signature for any other recommendations, such as laboratory tests (1.03b, 1.03d).
